Why we exist
Buying industrial batteries should not feel like a guessing game. Most websites are either built for a single brand, or built so generically that you can't tell whether a battery will actually fit your equipment. Pricing is hidden behind quote forms. Lead times are vague. Specs are missing. And when something goes wrong, getting a human on the phone takes 20 minutes and three transfers.
We started Radian Batteries to fix that. Our goal is straightforward: clear product information, honest pricing where we're allowed to publish it, real warranty backing, and a US phone line where someone who actually knows the product picks up.
What we do
- Distribution. We work with established battery and charger manufacturers to make their products available online for buyers who would otherwise have to track down a regional rep. - Application matching. Voltage, amp-hour capacity, terminal type, group size, fitment, BCI group, charger compatibility — every category has its own gotchas. We help match the right battery to the right machine.
- Service support. Warranty registration, claim assistance, replacement coordination, and answering the questions that don't come up until you've actually installed the battery.
