Refund & Returns Policy
Radian Batteries LLC sells industrial battery products for commercial use. Because these products are heavy, application-specific, and may involve hazmat handling or freight coordination, all returns must be authorized in advance.
Return authorization required
Do not ship any product back without written approval from Radian Batteries. To request a return, email service@radian-batteries.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Inspection on delivery
Please inspect all shipments promptly upon delivery. Any visible freight damage, shortages, or incorrect items should be noted with the carrier and reported to us within 3 business days.
Eligibility for return
New, unused, unopened standard-stock items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to supplier approval and any applicable restocking fees. Custom, special-order, installed, used, damaged, or non-resellable items are generally not returnable.
Restocking and shipping charges
Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees and return freight charges. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or incorrect items
If Radian Batteries shipped the wrong product, or if an item arrives defective and the issue is confirmed, Radian Batteries will work with the customer to resolve the issue through replacement, return, supplier warranty support, or refund as appropriate.
Refund timing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking, freight, or damage-related deductions. Processing time after inspection is typically 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable situations
Products that have been installed, altered, abused, exposed to improper charging or handling conditions, or returned without authorization may be refused.
Warranty
Many products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty rather than a store return. Where applicable, Radian Batteries will help coordinate the warranty claim process.
