Shipping Policy
Radian Batteries LLC ships commercial battery products within the United States. Because many products are heavy, oversized, hazardous-material regulated, or freight-only, shipping methods and transit times vary by product and destination.
Order processing
Most orders are reviewed before shipment to confirm product fitment, availability, freight requirements, and delivery details. Orders are typically processed during normal business days only.
Shipping methods
Depending on the product, orders may ship by parcel carrier, LTL freight, dedicated freight, local delivery, or manufacturer/distributor shipment. Some products require a business address, loading dock, forklift, or delivery appointment.
Transit estimates
Any shipping timelines shown at checkout, in quotes, or in emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, supplier availability, or freight scheduling are outside Radian Batteries’ control.
Freight deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including whether the destination is commercial or residential and whether liftgate service is required. Additional accessorial charges may apply for residential delivery, limited-access locations, re-delivery, storage, or missed appointments.
Inspection at delivery
All freight shipments should be inspected before signing. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and notify Radian Batteries within 3 business days. Concealed damage should also be reported promptly.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on product type, weight, destination, and service level. Some products may require a custom freight quote before final acceptance of the order.
Backorders and availability
If an item is out of stock, delayed, or requires additional lead time, Radian Batteries may contact the customer to confirm revised timing, substitution options, partial shipment options, or cancellation.
Title and risk of loss
Risk of loss for shipped items passes according to the carrier’s delivery terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
