Built around 19 plates per cell (9 positive), the GT18-85-19 delivers 850 Ah at 36V for Class II Class II lift trucks and high-lift order pickers running demanding double-shift schedules in distribution centers and cold-storage facilities. The 35 × 25.45-inch tray at 1,921 lbs provides the counterweight mass needed by full-size narrow-aisle trucks while tubular positive plates — active material locked inside woven-fiber gauntlets — sustain capacity through deep cycling that would cause significant active-material shedding in conventional flat-plate designs.
